This document clarifies the nature of the services offered by Peak Numerology and the associated limitations of liability. It complements our Terms of Service and forms an integral part of the contractual relationship between Peak Numerology and its clients.
1. Nature of Our Services
Peak Numerology offers personalized numerology readings and analyses, based on three traditions: Pythagorean, Chaldean, and Kabbalistic. These services are part of a symbolic, interpretive, and personal development practice.
Numerology is an ancient esoteric practice. It does not constitute an exact science in the academic sense, and its results cannot be verified or validated through the scientific method. The analyses provided by Peak Numerology should be received as a tool for reflection, self-knowledge, and inspiration — not as absolute truth or guaranteed prediction.
2. What Our Services Are Not
The analyses, readings, and advice offered by Peak Numerology do not, under any circumstances, constitute:
- Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind. For any physical or mental health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
- Psychological or psychotherapeutic advice. For mental health support, please consult a psychologist or psychiatrist.
- Financial, legal, or estate planning advice. For decisions in these areas, please consult a licensed professional (financial advisor, lawyer, notary).
- A guarantee of outcome regarding your personal, professional, romantic, or financial future.
Peak Numerology accepts no liability for any personal, professional, or financial decisions the Client may make based on the analyses provided.
3. Use of Artificial Intelligence in Our Process
In the interest of transparency, Peak Numerology discloses that certain artificial intelligence tools (notably the Claude assistant, developed by Anthropic) are used internally to accelerate certain technical steps of our process: preliminary numerological calculations, report formatting, or occasional research.
However, all interpretations, analyses, and advice delivered to the Client result from human expertise. Every report is reviewed, validated, and personalized by the owner of Peak Numerology before being sent. No analysis is generated or delivered to the Client without direct human involvement.
4. Confidentiality of Shared Information
The personal information you share as part of a reading (date of birth, life context, questions) is handled with discretion and professionalism, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used solely for the purpose of completing your analysis.
5. Age and Consent
Peak Numerology’s services are intended for adults (18 years and older), or for minors with the explicit consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, notably for the “The Bond” offering when it concerns the analysis of a child.
6. Personal Approach and Limitations of the Practice
Numerological interpretations may vary from one practitioner to another, each drawing on their own sensitivity, training, and experience. The analyses provided by Peak Numerology reflect the approach and methodology specific to its practitioner, and do not claim to represent a single or universal truth.
Clients are encouraged to receive each reading with discernment, as a complementary perspective rather than a directive to act.

If you are experiencing psychological distress, a personal crisis, or having thoughts of suicide, we strongly encourage you to contact a healthcare professional or a dedicated support line immediately, rather than relying on a numerology reading. 8. Acceptance
By ordering a service from Peak Numerology, the Client acknowledges having read this Disclaimer and accepts its terms.
