Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose and Scope

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the contractual relationship between:

• Peak Numerology, a sole proprietorship registered under SIRET number 105 887 996 00012, located at 30 rue Condorcet, 38000 Grenoble, France (the “Seller”), and
• any individual of legal age purchasing a service offered on thealpinenumerologist.com (the “Client”).

Placing an order on the site constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms.

Article 2 — Description of Services

The Seller offers personalized numerology analyses, based on the Pythagorean, Chaldean, and Kabbalistic traditions, delivered as digital reports (PDF), as well as an annual subscription service. Available offerings are as follows:

Detailed descriptions and current pricing for each offering are available on the site at the time of order.

Article 3 — Ordering

Orders are placed exclusively online, via the secure payment links provided on the site, or following email correspondence with the Seller. The Client provides the information necessary to complete the analysis (birth name, name currently used if different, date of birth, and any additional information relevant to the chosen service).

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of clearly inaccurate or incomplete information, or where there is doubt as to the Client’s identity or legal age.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in euros (€), all taxes included. As the Seller is subject to the VAT exemption scheme for small businesses (Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code), VAT does not apply and does not appear on invoices.

Payment is made online by credit card via the secure payment platform Stripe, or, where applicable, by direct bank transfer via Revolut Business. The Seller never has access to the Client’s banking details, which are processed exclusively by these payment providers.

For one-time offerings (The Reading, The Full Portrait, The Bond), payment is due in full at the time of order.

For The Living Path, the initial payment of €249 is due upon subscription. This subscription renews automatically each year, charged to the same payment method, unless cancelled by the Client under the conditions set out in Article 8.

Article 5 — Delivery of Services

Analyses are delivered exclusively by electronic means, to the email address provided by the Client at the time of order, in PDF format.

The delivery times listed in Article 2 begin once the Seller has received all information necessary to complete the analysis (notably the exact date of birth of the person(s) concerned). These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on current order volume.

In the event of significant delivery delay, the Client may contact the Seller at contact@thealpinenumerologist.com.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Client generally has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal on any purchase made at a distance.

However, under Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a physical medium, where performance has begun, provided the Client has:

• expressly consented to immediate performance of the service before the withdrawal period expires, and
• expressly waived their right of withdrawal.

To this end, at the time of order, the Client is asked to check an explicit box confirming that they request immediate execution of their analysis and, accordingly, waive their 14-day right of withdrawal once the report has been delivered.

In the absence of such explicit confirmation, the Client retains their right of withdrawal under standard conditions.

Article 7 — Nature of Services and Liability

The numerology analyses offered by the Seller are provided for the purposes of personal development, reflection, and wellbeing. They do not, under any circumstances, constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and cannot replace consultation with a qualified professional in these fields.

The Client acknowledges that the results and interpretations provided are part of a symbolic and interpretive approach, and cannot hold the Seller liable for any personal decisions the Client may make based on them.

The full terms of this limitation are detailed in our Disclaimer, accessible from the site footer, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Article 8 — “The Living Path” Subscription: Renewal and Cancellation

The Living Path is an annual subscription with automatic renewal. In accordance with Article L215-1 of the French Consumer Code:

• The Seller will inform the Client by email of the option not to renew their subscription, no earlier than 3 months and no later than 1 month before the annual renewal date.
• The Client may cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date, free of charge, by emailing contact@thealpinenumerologist.com.
• In the absence of cancellation before the renewal date, the subscription is automatically renewed for a further one-year period, and the corresponding amount is charged to the registered payment method.

Article 9 — Complaints and Customer Service

For any question, complaint, or request relating to an order, the Client may contact the Seller at: contact@thealpinenumerologist.com.

The Seller commits to responding within a reasonable timeframe, and no later than 5 business days.

Article 10 — Personal Data

The processing of the Client’s personal data in connection with their order is governed by our Privacy Policy, accessible from the site footer, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Article 11 — Intellectual Property of Delivered Reports

Numerology analysis reports delivered to the Client are intended for strictly personal use. Any reproduction, distribution, or resale, in whole or in part, of these reports to third parties is prohibited without the Seller’s prior written consent.

Article 12 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the Client is encouraged to first contact the Seller to seek an amicable resolution.

Failing an amicable resolution, and in accordance with French Consumer Code provisions on alternative dispute resolution, the Client may have free recourse to a consumer mediator. Failing amicable agreement, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 13 — Amendments to These Terms

The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms are those in effect at the date of order.
